Phase 1 Construction Progress Advances at Roderick Gay Botanical Garden

The Roderick Gay Botanical Garden continues to make significant progress as Phase 1 construction activities advance across the site in College Park, Georgia.

Current work includes site clearing, grading, and infrastructure development designed to prepare the property for long-term public use.

Tree preservation and environmental protection measures remain a key priority throughout construction, ensuring the natural landscape is maintained.

Utility installation, stormwater management systems, and access improvements are also underway as part of the foundational development phase.

The Conservancy, in partnership with the City of College Park, continues to work closely with engineers, contractors, and environmental consultants to ensure the project meets all planning and sustainability standards.
